Crossing Nevada is a composition that depicts a train going through a monotonous terrain early in the morning. The objective of this exercise was to display all what we learned during the class of Modeling and Rendering of the Virtual Technology Degree at the University of Idaho. I decided to create an scenario where I could play with the lights. Some spot lights were added in the rather unusual bringe where the electric train is crossing. The sky is purple because the sun is about to rise. I imagines this scenario in a desertic area like Colorado or Nevada.
